No contract is formed until we have accepted the order and issued confirmation.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, labels, prices, and availability are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

• compliance with all applicable legislation, standards, and internal procedures 

The purchaser must not resell, repackage, relabel, dilute, blend, administer, or otherwise repurpose products for any prohibited use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrivepeptiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising out of or in connection with:

• misuse 
• improper storage 
• improper handling 
• use outside intended research scope 
• unauthorised transfer or onward supply 
• repackaging, relabelling, modification, or contamination after delivery 
• failure to comply with applicable law or safety requirements 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Except as required by law, all products and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory rights that apply to consumers under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, images, downloads, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Thrivepeptiva unless otherwise stated.
